Inova Loudoun Hospital – PCU in Leesburg, VA is seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician I to join the team on a full-time day shift.

This role provides direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, supports effective communication within the care team, and requires professionalism at all times.

Six weeks of paid training are required, with virtual and on-unit sessions; a High School diploma and BLS certification are minimum qualifications.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs.

This schedule for this role will be Full-Time | Days | 7:00AM – 7:30PM | Rotating days, weekends & holidays |

Clinical Technician 1 – Job Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned

Training

Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

• Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
• Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• Virtual training modules.
• On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
