Job summary

Inova Loudoun Hospital – Medical in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Clinical Technician 1 for full-time night shifts (7:00 PM– 7:30 AM) with rotating days, weekends and holidays. Under RN supervision you will provide direct patient care, communicate with the team and patients, and maintain professional standards across the network.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, BLS or eligibility within 90 days, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS from American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Physical ability to lift minimum of 35 lbs.

• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.

Clinical Technician 1 – Job Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.

Training

Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

• Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM -4:30PM)
• Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• Virtual training modules.
• On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
