Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a Clinical Technician to join the Acute Care Unit in Leesburg, VA. This part-time night-shift position offers hands-on patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and opportunities to contribute to a high-quality healthcare team.

Must have a high school diploma and BLS, with English communication proficiency; training will be provided over six weeks, including virtual orientations and on-unit shifts.

Inova Loudoun Hospital – Acute Care Unit is looking for a dedicated Clinical Technician 1 to join the team.

This schedule for this role will be Part Time | Nights | 7:00PM – 7:30AM | Days Vary | Rotating weekends & holidays |

Clinical Technician – Job Responsibilities

• Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses.
• Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors.
• Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned

Training

Must be available for six (6) non-consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of:

• Virtual orientations (Two from 8AM – 4:30PM)
• Classroom-style sessions: 8AM – 4:30PM (6 shifts total)
• Virtual training modules.
• On-unit shifts

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift minimum of 35lbs pounds
