Clinical Tech. (Medical Assistant)
At Fast Pace Health, Clinical Techs provide clinical and administrative support essential for effective patient care under the direct supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. They deliver outstanding patient service in a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere, responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The position involves providing effective customer service to all internal and external customers through excellent knowledge and effective communication with team members.

Additional Requirements:
Level 1: High School Diploma or equivalent, current CPR license, and at least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic in a clinical setting, preferably urgent care.
Level 2: Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with current CPR, and either 4 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in a Fast Pace role or 6 years’ relevant experience.
Level 3 & 4: Similar qualifications with increased experience requirements.
Additional duties include administrative tasks such as scheduling and training. CPR certification must be active within 7 days of hire.
High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; active and verifiable license or certification required. TB and IV certification must be obtained within 60 days if applicable.
