Clinical Tech. (Medical Assistant)
At Fast Pace Health, Clinical Techs provide clinical and administrative support essential for effective patient care under the direct supervision of a Provider, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. They deliver outstanding patient service, maintaining a compassionate and welcoming atmosphere, and respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. The Clinical Tech position also involves providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge and communicating effectively with team members.

Secondary:
Level 1: High School Diploma or equivalent, current CPR license, and at least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic in a clinical setting, preferably urgent care.
Level 2: Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic, current CPR license, with either 4 years’ relevant experience and 2 years in a Fast Pace role or 6 years’ relevant experience.
Level 3 and 4: Similar requirements with increased experience levels.
Additional responsibilities include administration duties like scheduling, ordering, and training, as assigned.
*Receive and activate CPR license within 7 days of hire.
High School Diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year of relevant experience preferred; active and verifiable license or certification required; TB and IV certification required within 60 days if applicable.
