Clinical Tech. (Medical Assistant)
At Fast Pace Health, Clinical Techs provide vital clinical and administrative support to ensure effective patient care under the supervision of Providers, Nurse Practitioners, or Physician Assistants. They deliver excellent patient service by maintaining a compassionate, welcoming environment and responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or responses to treatment. The role emphasizes effective communication and in-depth knowledge to support both internal and external customers.

Primary:
Secondary:
Level 1: High School Diploma or equivalent, current CPR license, and at least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic, preferably in urgent care.
Level 2: Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with current CPR license, with either 4 years’ relevant experience and 2 in the role or 6 years’ relevant experience.
Level 3 & 4: Similar requirements with increased experience, as detailed in the original description.
Additional duties include scheduling, ordering, training, and other tasks assigned by Clinic or Regional Director. CPR certification must be active within 7 days of hire.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 year as MA, EMT, or Paramedic preferred in a clinical setting, especially urgent care.
Licenses/Certifications: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred; license must be active and verifiable. TB and IV Certification required within 60 days of employment if applicable.
