Job Description

Seeking dedicated and patient-oriented Certified Medical Assistants to assist with a Telehealth program project. This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in assisting patients. CMAs will support and guide patients on the use of their provided kits. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and accurately collecting patient vitals. This high-volume, remote environment requires empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.

Essential Skills

• Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a CMA.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively remotely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work with computers independently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in telehealth or remote healthcare preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace for HIPAA privacy. Cannot work outside of home (e.g., coffee shop, library).

Work Environment

100% remote, U.S.-based CMAs working on Eastern Time. Must have a private enclosed home office with no distractions for HIPAA compliance. Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. Shifts: 8am-4:30pm EST or 12pm-8pm EST.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $22.00/hr.
