  • Proficiency in project management tools, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

For our client, we are seeking a CLINICAL TEAM OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP - BASE to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will oversee the planning and execution of complex clinical operations programs that support business objectives in a highly regulated environment. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and keep stakeholders informed across the full lifecycle of each program. This position also plays a key role in driving process improvement and operational consistency to support efficient delivery and strong outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program activities.
  • Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress and addressing issues.
