Ladders is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead global Phase I–IV trials, ensuring operational excellence across the study lifecycle. You will partner with cross-functional teams to keep timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance on track, while mentoring study teams to drive strong delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $145,600 – $218,400 annually.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of clinical research experience with global trial management oversight.
• Minimum of 3 years in clinical operations leadership roles.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention to detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial electronic systems (e.g., TMF, CTMS).
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven project management skills in managing global, multi-center clinical trials.
