Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Clinical Operations to lead global clinical programs from sponsor-side in a remote US-based role. In this senior position you will oversee strategy and execution across Phase 1/2 studies and planning for Phase 3, translating development plans into an integrated operating model while balancing risk, feasibility and timelines to hit key milestones.

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and applicable global regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and accountability for the clinical program, spanning Phase 1/2 and planning for Phase 3.
• Translate clinical development strategy into an integrated global operational plan involving study sequencing and resource requirements.
• Ensure operational risks and trade-offs are considered in program-level decisions as the senior Study Management representative.
• Identify interdependencies and maintain an integrated program plan across studies for clinical milestones.
• Lead feasibility optimization by integrating epidemiology and operational complexity in country and site decisions.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Clinical Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will oversee global clinical operations strategy and execution across development programs, ensuring studies are aligned, well-sequenced, and resourced to support key milestones. The role will serve as a senior Study Management leader, balancing operational risk, feasibility, and cross-functional priorities in support of late-stage clinical advancement. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in sponsor-side clinical operations and the ability to translate development strategy into an integrated global operating plan.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually
