Shasta Community Health Center is seeking an Associate Clinical Recruiter to support clinical staffing and recruiting efforts under the supervision of the Clinical Recruiting Manager. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, engaging, and coordinating qualified clinicians while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will work within a collaborative recruiting team, maintain candidate records, prepare offer letters using templates, and assist with onboarding.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare, customer services, sales, or administrative support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, databases, social media, and other approved recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach through phone, email, text, and other approved communication methods.
• Prepare physicians’ offer letters and offer letters using established templates.
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities as directed by the Clinical Recruiting Manager.
