Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, a leading managed services provider within the healthcare sector, seeks an Associate Recruiter to source candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles. You will build a qualified candidate pool and assist with relocation data and community insights for candidate placement.

You will work under the Director of Recruitment, manage candidate communications, and support placement across HCA affiliated facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in recruiting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates primarily by telephone to fill open positions for client hospitals and facilities.
• Maintain candidate profiles in the database and update information as needed.
• Prequalify candidates for open positions by determining position requirements.
• Provide information on position requirements, market, location and candidate interest.
• Submit qualified candidates to recruiters for review and approval.
• Follow up with recruiters on pending candidates and maintain communication with candidates.
• Assist hospital verification of candidate status post-interview when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
