Qualifications

• Experience as an in-house recruiter, filling challenging roles.
• Strong sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and creative outreach.
• Ability to build pipelines across regions and specialties.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with managers and candidates.
• Data-driven mindset to use dashboards and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Run full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offers.
• Source clinicians (RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, Social Workers, HHAs) across Northern California.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and convert interest to engagement.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and fill gaps.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters and promote company culture.
