Job summary

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking an Associate Recruiter to source candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles in HCA affiliated facilities. The role focuses on building a qualified candidate pool, prequalifying applicants, and coordinating with recruiters for placement.

You will maintain candidate records, communicate market and relocation details, and support hospitals with post-interview status as needed in an office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles via telephone and other approved methods.
• Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database.
• Prequalify candidates and present qualified applicants to recruiters for placement.
• Provide information on positions, market, location, and relocation considerations.
• Follow up with recruiters on pending candidates and maintain candidate communications.
• Assist hospitals with post-interview status verification when needed.
