Job summary
Info Origin Inc. is seeking an experienced EHR/Healthcare Systems Analyst to support and improve EHR and Practice Management systems in a healthcare setting. You will collaborate with clinical, business, and technical teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.
The role involves supporting HL7 integrations, troubleshooting cross-system issues, and coordinating with vendors. Proficiency with JIRA/Ivanti and testing tools like REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger is important.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in supporting EHR/EMR or healthcare applications.
- Experience with HL7 and healthcare/clinical systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and IT security practices.
Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and troubleshoot EHR/EMR and Practice Management systems.
- Work with clinical, business, and development teams to gather requirements.
- Support HL7 integrations and resolve system/interface issues.
- Troubleshoot application, Windows, cloud, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal development teams.
- Manage system updates, patches, backups, and data integrity.
- Create and manage technical issues/tickets using JIRA/Ivanti.
- Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support end users and assist with EHR training.
- Follow HIPAA and IT security best practices.
- Use REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing and troubleshooting.
