The position is primarily onsite with some remote flexibility based on department needs. Qualifications include 3+ years in healthcare processes and EHRs, plus experience in system implementation, documentation, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare business processes and EHR utilization.
• At least 3 years’ background in system implementation, maintenance, support, and data analysis.
• Advanced documentation and training skills in healthcare; developing user guides and staff training.
• Proven analysis and problem-solving skills in fast-paced clinical environments.
• Strong multi-tasking and project management to meet departmental needs.
• Ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Proficiency with remote work tech and collaboration tools.
