Job summary

Medplace is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to be the clinical point of contact for our clients. You will answer clinical questions about peer review reports and help ensure client review forms are accurate, providing timely, well-documented solutions.

You will manage encounter retrieval requests from Epic and OCHIN, troubleshoot EHR access and security, and dig into root causes to test fixes. HIPAA/privacy compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience or related medical background.
• Experience with EHR systems.
• Excellent communication with clients via phone, video, and email.
• Ability to troubleshoot and think through problems systematically.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with willingness to learn new systems.
• Good judgment on escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical point of contact for assigned clients.
