Job summary

NYU Langone Health in New York is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Associate to partner with Nursing and surgeons to ensure on-hand items for upcoming cases. You will create, track and receive requisitions for clinical supplies, replenish deliveries, and maintain stock levels across storerooms and OR carts.

You will help identify cost-saving opportunities and support multiple departments. You will work with vendors, monitor expirations, and assist with LVAD and implant-related requests while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of surgical equipment and inventory controls.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• CMRP certification and Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick cases for upcoming procedures.
• Maintain, control and restock areas’ supplies in CSCM.
• Create requisitions and scan par location supplies.
• Open deliveries and replenish storeroom/OR carts.
• Establish consignment pars with vendors.
• Rotate stock and check expirations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing & Accounts Payable to reconcile invoices.
• Maintain tissue and temperature log books.
