Job summary

NYU Langone Health seeks a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator to assist in controlling inventory for Perioperative Services and related labs. The role supports inventory turns, recommends reorder points, and coordinates consignment products for Surgical and Procedural Suites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent experience in a healthcare related field.
• 1 year of Operating Room/Supply Chain/Sterile Processing experience.
• Knowledge of Clinical Supply/Materials Management operations.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive work in supply distribution.
• CMRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Nursing Leadership for re-ordering, re-stocking, and reconciliation based on par levels and consignment terms.
• Create implant requisitions for operating rooms: Bill Only POs, Consignment Orders, Manual/Rush orders, Special Requests, No Charge POs.
• Verifies vendor consignment replenishment against on-hand inventory and OR usage.
• Create Patient Supply Requests for all implants in accordance with Inventory Control Board participation.
• Maintains invoices, packing slips, and receipts for all purchase orders linked to consignment products.
• Establishes vendor appointments and attendance in Vendormate per schedule.
