WellLife Network in New York seeks a Program Social Worker/Supervisor to provide clinical oversight in the Children’s Community Residence, supporting the Program Director and ensuring regulatory compliance, trauma-informed care, and coordinated interventions for transition-aged youth.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work preferred; BSW or related bachelor’s degree with relevant experience considered.
• At least 1 year of experience working with youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance and their families; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong crisis management, clinical judgment, counseling, and care coordination skills; knowledge of OMH and OSHA standards.

Aufgaben

• Provide 24/7 clinical and crisis support to staff, youth, and families.
• Assist with staff orientation, training, and supervision to ensure OMH/OSHA compliance.
• Guide staff in trauma-informed engagement and behavioral interventions.
• Participate in admission processes, intake counseling, and referrals.
• Assist Medicaid billing and documentation of clinical services; complete Medicaid/SSI applications.
• Support fiscal management through budgeting and resource allocation.
• Coordinate educational and vocational support with schools and CSE meetings.
• Provide individual and family counseling and develop Service Plans and discharge plans.
• Lead family meetings and therapy sessions to promote permanency and natural supports.
• Maintain thorough documentation of counseling sessions and contacts.
• Provide transportation for youth to participate in program activities.
• Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives and required trainings.
