Job summary

Aveanna is seeking a registered nurse to provide in-home care coordination and clinical supervision across our New Jersey territory. You will assess patient needs, educate families, and guide the transition from facility to home with Start of Care assessments and re-evaluations.

You will review orders, update care plans, train and validate new staff, and collaborate with operations and business development while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and Aveanna policies.

Qualifications

• Must have RN license in the state of practice (New Jersey).
• Must have at least 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
• Must be willing to travel to patients' homes within designated territory.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check.
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
• Must be willing to supervise caregivers providing care to patients of all ages.
