Qualifications

Must hold a current RN license in the practicing state.
Ability to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and pass MVR check.
Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
Willing to supervise caregivers providing care to patients of various ages.

Responsibilities

Internal case management, evaluation, education, and development of Home Health Aide talent.
Participate in patients' insurance-preferred re-evaluations visits twice monthly.
Supervise Home Health Aides and CNAs.
Review physicians’ orders and update care plans and documentation as needed.
Promote and enhance clinical expertise to ensure safe, quality patient care.
Collaborate with operations and business development teams.
Ensure adherence to state, federal, local regulations and Aveanna policies.

The administrative component of this job will consist of internal case management. The field-based aspect of this position will create opportunities for you to spend quality time with field staff in patient homes developing, mentoring and providing professional guidance.

Work Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA location, in-home visits and Potential Hybrid (varies based on branch need)

Compensation: $75-78k base salary, plus bonus potential (up to 10% of salary based on branch performance) , cell phone and mileage reimbursement. Up to 80 hours of vacation accrual in the first year, 48 hours of sick time accrual, 1 8-hour fun day and 1 8-hour inclusion day. Vacation hours accrual will increase to 120 hours of vacation after 1st year.

Responsibilities Of The Nursing Supervisor

R eview physicians’ orders and update the plans of care/ care plan and documentation, as necessary

E nsure adherence to State, Federal, Local regulations and Aveanna policies and procedures

Qualifications Of The Nursing Supervisor

Must have good standing license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
M ust be able to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory
