Aveanna Healthcare seeks a Nurse Supervisor (RN) in Trevose, PA to lead, mentor and develop home health nursing staff. The position combines in-home visits with branch-based coordination and Start of Care oversight.

The role emphasizes staff development, case management, and ensuring high-quality care while adhering to regulations. Base compensation is $70–$75k with monthly bonus potential and mileage/cell phone reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on nursing experience.
• Ability to travel to patients' homes within designated territory.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
• Willingness to supervise caregivers providing care to patients.

Responsibilities

• Internal case management, evaluation, education and development of nursing talent.
• Oversee transition of patients from facility to home through Start of Care assessments and re-evaluations.
• Review physicians’ orders and update plans of care and documentation as needed.
• Assist with selecting, training and validating new clinical staff.
• Promote clinical excellence and safe, high-quality nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with operations and business development teams.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and Aveanna policies and procedures.

Clinical Supervisor (RN) – Nursing Supervisor

Compensation

Responsibilities of the Nursing Supervisor

• Internal case management, evaluation, education and development of nursing talent
• Participate in the transition of patients from the facility to their home through Start of Care Assessments and Re-evaluations
• Review physicians’ orders and update plans of care and documentation as necessary
• Assist with selecting, training and validating new clinical staff
• Promote and enhance the level of clinical expertise of staff to provide safe and quality nursing care for our patients
• Collaborate with the operations and business development team
• Ensure adherence to State, Federal, Local regulations and Aveanna policies and procedures

Qualifications of the Nursing Supervisor

• Good standing RN license in the state in which the clinician will practice
• At least one year of hands‑on nursing experience
• Ability to travel to patients’ homes in designated territory
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass MVR check
• Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC
• Willingness to supervise caregivers providing care to infants, children, adolescents and/or adults
