Inner-Circle Communities LLC is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S or LPCC-S) to lead and mentor our clinical team in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on supervision, case management oversight, and ensuring high-quality documentation and treatment planning.

The ideal candidate will have Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure, proven supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of mental health modalities.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure is required.
• Proven experience in clinical supervision and staff development.
• Strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and best practices.
• Experience with documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, community-based environment.
• Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
