Job summary

Inner-Circle Communities LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S or LPCC-S) to lead, mentor, and shape the next generation of clinicians. This role focuses on supervision of licensed and pre-licensed staff, development of treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead team meetings, monitor caseloads, and support ongoing professional growth in a community-based behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure required.
• Experience in clinical supervision and staff development.
• Knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and best practices.
• Experience with documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards in clinical settings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, community-based environment.
• Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff
• Oversee case management and ensure quality of clinical documentation and treatment plans
• Conduct regular staff evaluations and support ongoing professional development
