Inner-Circle Communities LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a passionate Clinician I (LSW/LPC) to join our behavioral health team. This role provides individual, group, and family therapy to diverse populations and supports community-based care.

You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. A licensed clinician with strong communication and cultural responsiveness fits best.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW or LPC licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in direct clinical services in behavioral health or community settings preferred.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Strong documentation and case management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse and underserved populations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients across diverse populations.
