Job summary

Inner-Circle Communities LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a passionate Clinician II (LISW/LPCC) to join our growing behavioral health team. You will deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy in a collaborative, community-focused setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document meticulously, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams while adhering to HIPAA and Ohio licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active LISW or LPCC licensure in Ohio.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience delivering direct clinical services in a community mental health or human services setting.
• Proficiency in mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care.
• Strong written and verbal communication with thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and Ohio licensure requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in conducting mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation practices
