The role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy, performing psychosocial assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans in a client-centered, supportive environment.

The clinician will maintain thorough documentation, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LSW or LPC licensure in Ohio.
• Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Strong clinical documentation and case management skills.

Requirements:

Experience providing direct clinical services in a behavioral health or community-based setting preferred
