Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Active Ohio licensure (LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-S) is required.
• Active -S supervisory designation preferred for direct licensure hours.
• Minimum of 2+ years supervising clinical teams in forensic, correctional, or residential settings.

Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S / LPCC-S / LISW / LPCC) Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor provides essential clinical leadership, staff supervision, and programmatic oversight of behavioral health services within a Residential Corrections environment. This role requires an independent Ohio license (LISW-S, LPCC-S, LISW, or LPCC) to lead a multidisciplinary team of therapists and case managers. As a primary leader, you will direct the delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment tailored for justice-involved individuals. Operating under Ohio CSWMFT Board guidelines, you will balance individualized patient care with facility security, managing clinical risk while championing rehabilitation, personal accountability, and successful community reintegration.

Required Qualifications & Licensure

• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Active Ohio Licensure: Current, unrestricted license as an Independent Social Worker (LISW/LISW-S) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC/LPCC-S) issued by the State of Ohio.
• Supervisory Designation: An active -S endorsement (LISW-S or LPCC-S) is highly preferred to provide direct licensure hours to dependent staff.
• Clinical Experience: 2+ years of post-licensure experience managing clinical teams, facilitating crisis intervention, or operating within forensic, correctional, or intensive residential treatment environments.
