Job summary

Inner-Circle Communities LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a passionate Clinician II (LISW/LPCC) to provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals and families within a collaborative, community-focused environment.

The role requires active Ohio LISW/LPCC licensure, a relevant master's degree, and experience delivering direct clinical services in a community mental health setting. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LISW or LPCC licensure required.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience delivering direct clinical services in a community MH setting.
• Proficiency in mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Knowledge of evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Strong written/verbal communication and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as clinical needs evolve.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation compliant with standards.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based clinical interventions

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving clinical needs

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case managers, and community partners to coordinate care

Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and Ohio licensure requirements

Requirements:

Active Ohio LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) licensure required

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field

Experience providing direct clinical services in a community mental health or human services setting

Proficiency in conducting mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and treatment planning

Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation practices
