Job summary

Inner-Circle Communities LLC is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LISW-S or LPCC-S) to lead and mentor our clinical team in Columbus, OH. This role focuses on supervision, case management oversight, and ensuring high-quality documentation and treatment planning.

The ideal candidate will have Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure, proven supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of mental health modalities.

Qualifications

Active Ohio LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure is required.
Proven experience in clinical supervision and staff development.
Strong knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and best practices.
Experience with documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards in a clinical setting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, community-based environment.
Commitment to culturally competent and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff.
Oversee case management and ensure quality of clinical documentation and treatment plans.
Conduct regular staff evaluations and support ongoing professional development.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, ethical standards, and agency policies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate client care and services.
Lead clinical team meetings and facilitate training initiatives.
Monitor caseloads and provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases.
