Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a clinical team in an outpatient addiction recovery setting. This role oversees patient care, staff workflows, and adherence to CARF standards and clinic policies, while collaborating with leadership to maintain high-quality services.

The Site Supervisor will guide staff on shift, address issues, and participate in team recruitment and training, ensuring ethical conduct and ongoing quality management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least two years of experience in behavioral health or health services preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience or experience leading individuals or teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise for staff and clients with support from Senior Clinic Manager/Regional Operations Director.
• Support efficient daily clinic operations and smooth running of the facility.
• Provide general oversight to staff on shift and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Address clinic issues and assist in treatment interventions and crisis situations.
• Assist with recruitment, hiring and training of qualified clinical staff.
• Complete end-of-shift reporting.
