Job summary

California Autism Center seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our Fresno team. Under BCBA supervision, you will design and implement ABA treatment programs, supervise a care team, and ensure therapy plans are followed with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, child development, or related field.
• Enrolled in an ABA Master’s program working toward BCBA.
• Two years ABA experience and a bachelor’s or one year ABA with 12 graduate units.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a treatment team of technicians in initiating and maintaining ABA programs.
• Oversee assigned clients to ensure quality services and adherence to behavior protocols.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments; develop related plans.
• Support the writing of clinical reports for funding agencies and supervision requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of therapy plans including BIP; meet with parents monthly for training.
