Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients in Bakersfield and surrounding areas. The role involves assessing skills and behaviors, developing plans, guiding caregivers, and coaching behavioral technicians in ABA protocols.

The supervisor will ensure adherence to treatment plans, maintain data-driven progress, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize patient outcomes in center, home, school, or telehealth

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field.
Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred.

Responsibilities

Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
Develop and maintain treatment plans.
Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence monthly.
Evaluate patients for skill deficits and strengths.
Analyze behaviors to identify function and create functionally relevant plans.
Direct behavior technicians in protocol implementation.
Provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
Coordinate care with professionals inside and outside CARD.
Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation.

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis

BCBA certification

Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder
