Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license issued by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Minimum of one year experience providing services to individuals with mental illness.
• Must obtain LPS designation and participate in crisis rotation schedule.
• Must maintain a limited caseload to meet program needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular case conference meetings with Program Director and ICMS staff.
• Coordinate attendance of outside mental health and County staff as appropriate.
• Oversee development of individualized service plans with ICMS staff and program teams.
• Review assessments and service plans with ICMS staff and Program Managers.
• Regularly review charts for clinical appropriateness of services provided.
