Heluna Health’s Los Angeles Community Health Project (CHPLA) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision for the ICMS LEAD program, supporting staff and participants with harm reduction-focused care and crisis intervention in Los Angeles.

The role requires leadership, program oversight, field-based support, and collaboration with CHPLA leadership to ensure high-quality services, documentation, and compliance in a demanding, community-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related mental health field.
• Minimum three years supervising case managers or similar roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical supervision to ICMS-HR staff and interns.
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation during field visits.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with agency and funding guidelines.
• Coordinate with LEAD Program Manager on program needs.
• Represent CHPLA in community partnerships and meetings.
• Attend required trainings and court hearings as needed.
