Qualifications

• Valid, active LCSW license in California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving individuals with mental illness.
• Must obtain LPS designation and participate in crisis rotation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in regular case conferences with program team and outside entities.
• Ensure case conferences are documented.
• Develop individualized service plans with ICMS staff and other teams.
• Review assessments and service plans for clinical appropriateness.
• Maintain records for program compliance and accountability.
