CRF is seeking a part-time Clinical Supervisor in California to provide supervision to program staff, interns, and practicum students across San Diego County’s START programs. This role emphasizes professional standards and collaborative supervision.
You must hold an active California LCSW license, a Master’s degree, and have at least two years of supervision experience; duties include reviewing clinical records and ensuring board requirements are met.

Our Crisis Centers are Short Term Acute Residential Treatment (START) programs (Del Sur Crisis Center, Esperanza Crisis Center , Halcyon Crisis Center, Hawthorne Crisis Center, Jary Barreto Crisis Center, New Vistas Crisis Center, and Turning Point Crisis Center) that provide intensive,community-based crisis residential services for adults throughout San Diego County.
They deliver a unique alternative to psychiatric hospitalization to clients who are experiencing a psychiatric crisis of such magnitude so as not to be manageable on an outpatient basis. Their services are provided in a home-like environment that specializes in the psychosocial rehabilitation of each individual.
CRF staff members work together to meet the needs of San Diego Countys residents who are experiencing mental/behavioral health challenges. Licensure : Current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and must be kept current throughout employment

Additional Qualifications and Skills
Responsible for providing clinical supervision to program staff, interns, and practicum students accordingto professional board requirements and educational institution agreements. Provides clinical input to theservices provided at the program and assists in staff meetings, as well as staff training and development.
