This is an exempt, salaried position and must be available for on-call rotation for after-hours support to staff. Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Our Intensive Mobile Psychosocial Assertive Community Treatment programs (Downtown IMPACT,IMPACT, Senior IMPACT and South Bay IMPACT) provide intensive, community-based case management services for homeless adults throughout San Diego County. We deliver fully integrated services to clients diagnosed with a serious mental illness, as well as individuals with co-occurring, mental health, and substance disorders.
Our programs utilize the evidence-based practice of Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to support our clients in the higher level of community care and to assist them in reaching their goals and living a life not dominated by mental illness. Our team is a model of care, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and case management supports.
CRF staff members work together to meet the needs of San Diego County’s residents who are experiencing mental/behavioral health challenges. Master's degree in a mental health-related field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required
Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Waivered Psychologist with the California Board of Psychology required. Licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC preferred.

The Team Lead overseesand may provide services using approved CRF models of treatment. The majority of the workresponsibilities are supervisory in nature.
