Easterseals MORC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Infant Mental Health in Southfield, MI. This hybrid, full-time role supervises clinical staff and oversees service delivery for infants and families, with licensure requirements and strong leadership responsibilities.

The position emphasizes coaching, caseload management, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid and internal policies. A master's degree in a relevant field and full licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Full licensure in your field (LMSW, LPC, etc).
• Experience supervising clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Engages individuals and families in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner.
• Assigns and supervises the caseload of direct reports staff.
• Supports staff as required to manage caseload efficiently.
• Reviews cases to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services rendered.
• Conducts staff meetings to review strengths, outcomes, problem areas and plan solutions.
• Orients, trains, and develops new staff and ensures paperwork complies with guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Social Work or related field
• Full Licensure in your field (LMSW, LPC, etc)
• Experience supervising clinicians
• Valid MI Drivers License

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engages individuals and families in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of stage of readiness and phase of treatment.
• Assigns and supervises the caseload of direct reports staff.
• Supports staff as required to manage caseload efficiently.
• Reviews cases to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services rendered.
• Conducts staff meetings to review strengths, outcomes, problem areas and plan solutions.
• Assists staff in improving and updating professional skills by providing them with information such as pertinent conferences and seminars, new techniques in the field and current and pending legislation affecting mental health services.
• Orients, trains, and develops new staff. Monitors case records, including signatures, and follow up and referral of individuals to community agencies to aid in an accurate history.
• Ensures that paperwork is maintained in accordance with Medicaid & DCH, & Easterseals guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Education

Required

Masters or better in Counseling.

Masters or better in Psychology.

Masters or better in Social Work.
