Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution
• State of Michigan Licensure (LLP, LP, LMSW, LPC)
• Meet Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and/or Mental Health Professional (MHP) qualifications
• At least three years of full-time casework experience, including one year in a leadership role
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Engage clients with empathy and professionalism at all stages of treatment
• Supervise caseloads and support staff in case management tasks
• Review cases to assess service effectiveness and conduct staff meetings
• Support staff development through training, conferences, and legislative updates
