Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the unit-based leadership team.

You will supervise nursing operations on a designated unit, and in the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility while caring for a unit-specific patient population. The role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing, and a BSN or higher with relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two years of clinical area experience and one year in specialty.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the unit-based leadership team. Provides supervision of the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty OR
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

PREFERRED:

• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.

7a-5:30p
