Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is hiring a Clinical Supervisor in Salinas, CA to oversee clinical treatment plans and supervise behavior technicians across varied settings including center, home, school, or telehealth. This full-time role emphasizes coaching caregivers, coordinating with payers, and ensuring high standards of care in ABA treatment.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, be BACB-certified, and bring ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are 100% treatment adherence monthly.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify the function of the behavior.
• Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment protocols.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance.
