Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) in Santa Barbara, CA seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment, develop and monitor plans, train caregivers, and supervise behavioral technicians. Work may occur at the CARD center, the patient’s home, school, or via telehealth.

This is a salaried, exempt, full-time position. Required: Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and ASD experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA is required.
• BCBA certification is required to practice as a supervisor.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• supervise behavioral technicians and ensure adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate with caregivers, paying agencies, and schools as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and data collection.
• Provide coaching and training to team and ensure data-driven decisions.
