Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients with autism, coordinating across center, home, school, and telehealth settings. You will develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and ensure high-quality ABA services while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with experience in ASD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.

Responsibilities

• Use clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet 100% treatment adherence.
• Evaluate patients to identify skills deficits and strengths.
• Analyze challenging behaviors to identify function and plan interventions.
• Monitor treatment integrity and supervise technicians.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavior technicians.
• Update treatment plans at least monthly based on patient response.
