Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment for patients, develop and update treatment plans, and train caregivers and staff. This salaried, exempt, full-time role involves center-based, home, school, community, or telehealth settings with a focus on medical necessity and high-quality ABA services.

Responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, ensuring 100% adherence to supervision hours, and coordinating with payers

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes for each patient using clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly adherence targets.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Supervise and coach behavior technicians in implementing protocols.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals across settings.
