Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical treatment across settings including CARD centers, homes, schools, or telehealth. This salaried, exempt role oversees treatment plans, supervises staff, collaborates with families and payers, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Minimum requirements include a Master’s in Psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with experience in autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure supervision hours meet monthly adherence targets.
• Provide coaching and training to caregivers and technicians.
• Monitor and adjust treatment protocols based on data.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and payers.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and records.
• Travel between center, home, school, and community settings as required.
