Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC (CARD) seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee all clinical aspects of ABA treatment for patients across settings. You will assess skills and behaviors, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coach caregivers to ensure high-quality care.

Eligible candidates hold a Master’s degree in psychology or ABA and BCBA certification, with experience serving individuals with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) required.
• Empathetic, confidential, and solution-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain evidence-based treatment plans for patients.
• Supervise and coach behavioral technicians and caregivers.
• Collaborate with centers, homes, schools, and telehealth settings.
• Document and communicate progress to stakeholders and payers.
