Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Adult Community Clinical Supports (ACCS) team. You will provide direct and clinical supervision to clinical staff, conduct collateral consultations, and participate in treatment planning meetings.

• Provide collateral consultation and attend ISP, medication review, staff, and treatment planning meetings.
• Model for staff how to implement strategies from the Community Service Plan.
• Represent BHN at local and state meetings as needed.
• Perform other tasks as requested by Senior Program Manager and VP.

What You Will Do:

• Provide direct and clinical supervision to clinical staff
• Provide collateral consultation, including attending ISP, medication review, staff, and other treatment planning meetings

Who You Are:

• Master's Degree in a Mental Health or related field required
• Five years of experience working in the field required
• Two years in a supervisory capacity required
• Professional clinical licensure required (e.g., BCBA/LABA, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle available for all working hours
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be over 21
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to work with challenging and diverse client populations
• Working knowledge of community resources and how to help clients access them
