PACS Group is seeking a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat residents, communicate with families and health teams, and maintain compliant documentation. The role includes supervising CFYs and students and providing staff training on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities cover assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians, nursing, and rehab teams while maintaining infection control practices and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required; Masters/Doctorate preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve function.
